A new exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal has arisen in Liverpool city centre with the chance to join a national law firms' renowned Court of Protection department. This is a new role to join our client’s growing team as their workload expands in line with their continued success.
You will provide support to a senior solicitor and work will include professional deputyship work, attending client meetings to take notes and to action matters arising, Court of Protection applications and litigation, research and drafting, and attending Court with solicitors or Counsel.
You should have at least one year's experience as a paralegal in Court of Protection work, in an assisting role to a senior lawyer, so that you already have a thorough grounding in the duties of a paralegal. It is essential that you have previous Court of Protection experience to be considered for the position.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills and knowledge, through mentoring and structured training with the firm offering a transparent development pathway.
Salary (guideline of circa £25k) and benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
