HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & INVESTIGATIONS - MAJOR MULTI-NATIONAL

Fford & Stone is seeking a high-calibre compliance expert lawyer to head the compliance division of a well-known multinational in Saudi Arabia.  

The role will be responsible for compliance and investigations, together with FCPA matters, sanctions, trade controls and fraud detection. For consideration, you must be a SPECIALIST in these areas with experience gained in Saudi. 

The role holder will be supported by and responsible for growing a well trained, specialist team. Together they will administer all aspects of compliance across the group and its many subsidiaries around the region. 

Required for consideration, either:

• Saudi qualification with international experience 

Or

• Non-Saudi lawyer with existing experience in Saudi
