Client
You will be joining a true market leader and hugely innovative name in the tech/TMT space.
The organisation is headquartered in the USA and has multiple international offices.
Role
You will join in a brand newly created role as Senior Legal Counsel for the EMEA region and you will undertake an extremely broad and varied legal remit.
You will report directly into the Global General Counsel and you will have direct access to a range of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation from the off.
You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including potential for equity/share options.
You will be able to undertake significant elements of remote/flexible working in this role.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 2-8 years' PQE. You will have significant prior experience of tech, software, IT, TMT and/or SaaS related contracts and issues.
