Corporate Fintech Lawyer

My client is a global fintech that was established just over 10 years ago and recently attracted significant investment from a new shareholder. This role is based in London and will have the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week.

This will be a wide ranging role in a team of 6 reporting directly to the General Counsel. Your day to day will include:-

• advising on corporate structuring matters;
• executing strategic initiatives including M&A activity;
• advising on regulatory matters impacting the business;
• responding to shareholder queries and managing communications with investors;
• working with other departments in the business on ad hoc queries including IP and commercial contracts;
• Contributing to the design and implementation of new products and expansion into new markets.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE from a corporate background. Experience with any of the following: private equity owned companies, fundraising, cross border M&A, IPOs and regulatory issues would be beneficial.
