Our client based in Swansea, is currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Litigation team on a permanent basis. The salary for the role is up to £23,000 per annum, negotiable subject to experience.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Maintaining files including mail and file notes, ensuring that they are kept up-to-date
  • Handling administrative tasks including audio typing, using a digital dictation system
  • Using a case management system for producing correspondence
  • Uploading information and documents to client portals, including opening and closing files
  • Responding to queries and making appointments for clients either by telephone or in person
  • Preparing and updating Management Information reports

Skills required:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday (Full time)
