A Legal 500 firm, with 3 sites across Cambridgeshire and London, is looking to hire a senior commercial property solicitor for its highly regarded team in Peterborough.
The ideal commercial property solicitor will ideally have around 6 years PQE+ and the role will see you join a 10+ person team which acts for a client base within the finance, development, retail and office sectors.
The role will see you deal with development matters, strategic land, acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, landlord and tenant work and portfolio management with some transactions valued more than £100m. The successful lawyer can expect excellent ongoing training, supervision and support and the firm can offer a leading regional salary and full benefits.
