Your new role
An interim Senior Counsel position for a six-month period, covering high-quality products and investments work. Working closely with internal stakeholders on funds, UCITS and other relevant investment categories, you will advise on crucial regulatory matters within the products space. This is a senior position requiring the successful candidate to hit the ground running.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior investments orientated lawyer with experience with investment products and distribution experience, which may include funds/UCITS (experience Irish, Luxembourg funds welcome). You will have similar experience within an asset management business or within the relevant teams of respected law firms. Quick availability (up to two weeks' notice) would be preferred. The business will look at lawyers qualified in other common jurisdictions as long as they have significant UK experience in products and distribution matters. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at senior levels will be needed.
