Insolvency Associate (NQ – 2PQE)
An award-winning international law firm in Manchester is actively looking to recruit an Insolvency Associate to undertake a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The Insolvency Associate will handle a varied and challenging caseload that may include a mix of pre and post formal insolvency work including but not limited to:
- Advising creditors
- Bankruptcy and winding up petitions
- Administration applications (creditor, company and secured lender)
- Advisory work alongside restructuring transactions
- Misfeasance claims
- Antecedent transactions claims
- Asset recovery claims
- Trusts disputes arising out of insolvency and director disqualification
As Insolvency Associate, you will handle your own files, working directly with clients that can include trade creditors, asset-based lenders, directors and businesses in financial distress.
The successful Insolvency Associate’s skills and experience:
- NQ-2 years’ PQE
- Experience in the above matters
- Adaptable with a can-do attitude
