One of the best-known firms in the Sussex region with a very busy conveyancing Department are seeking to add a further fee earner to their busy Eastbourne team to aid long term commercial growth.

Role
Due to continued growth and success of the Conveyancing Department the firm are looking to recruit an additional fee earner for theit East Grinstead office. You would be dealing with a broad range of residential matters including sales and purchase of Leasehold and Freehold properties, remortgages, help to buy, transfer of equity etc.
Requirements
A qualified conveyancer be that solicitor, FCILEx or CLC ideally with at least 1 yrs PQE and able to largely manage your own caseload of matters though peer support will be on hand for the more complex and unusual transactions. A good technical grounding in property matters with an ability to manage and prioritise the client expectation and a willingness to play your part in contributing to what is already a successful team.

Office location
