Our client is a leading Top 50 law firm and we are assisting them in their search for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal.
Based in central Birmingham, you will assist on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters acting for corporate occupiers. Managing a caseload from start to finish, drafting and negotiating a wide range of documents including leases, lease renewals, transfers, surrenders and licenses. You will be working on title reviews and reports on title, dealing with completion and post completion, amongst other things.
You must have experience working on a broad range of commercial property work and be able to show that you have good academics.
