A leading specialist Family Law & Childcare organisation with office locations across the North West is looking to recruit an experienced and confident Family Solicitor to join its team based in Birkenhead.
This is fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that specialises in providing support and advocacy services on behalf of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
You will be a qualified Solicitor (circa 2 years’ PQE) and have a background in Family Law and/or Childcare/Children’s matters. You will work alongside the wider specialist team representing young people & vulnerable adults, conduct and/or defend proceedings in court or tribunals and instruct counsel as appropriate. You will be confident working with little to no supervision, have detailed working knowledge of the Children Act and other legislation and be confident representing clients in family proceedings.
You will be working as part of a supportive and established team and have full support from junior team members and legal assistants/administrators. There exist real opportunities to progress long term and develop your career.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience and PQE, along with full company benefits.
