My client is a strong legal 100 firm seeking to hire a Solicitor within its Housing and Regeneration team in Bristol, which has seen continued growth.
With a strong reputation, the firm has grown the team with the appointment of highly skilled and respected lawyers who work across national real estate clients, including registered providers, national and local house builders, student accommodation operators, major lenders and property investment companies.
This role will suit a solicitior from a City or national firm with circa 3 years' post qualification who is experienced in dealing with such matters as acquisition and disposal of development sites, drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts plus other relevant agreements and a wide range of funding arrangements from borrower and funder side for development projects.
