Head of Commercial Litigation

I am now recruiting for an exciting Head of Department role in Buckinghamshire. You should have a minimum of 10 years Commercial Litigation experience in order to be eligible for this position. The work covers a broad mix of Commercial and Property Litigation. You should be able to work on Director and shareholder disputes, Insolvency disputes, Contract disputes, and Building and property disputes and oversee a team of 6. The firm offers good quality work, has a good reputation and looks after its staff members, with some senior people having trained with the firm years ago. Salary is dependent on experience, but they will pay to £80k for the right person; able to run their own caseload of more senior matters, as well as manage a team and business develop to drive the business forward.
