Banking & Finance Lawyer (£150K +)

A premium law firm in London is looking for a new Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.

You will have the opportunity to work for a range of household name borrower clients on their largest transactions. You will also benefit from a broad practice which could include giving you exposure to general lending, asset or project finance, real estate finance or structured finance matters.

A minimum of 1 year PQE will be essential for this role as are excellent academics. Applicants with experience from another jurisdiction are very welcome, in particular if they have worked on finance transactions in another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand, Australia or Scotland.
