Our client is a fintech with substantial financial background and a track record of impressive international growth. A vacancy has arisen for a bright and commercially minded corporate lawyer to join the close-knit legal team working on a broad range of corporate/commercial matters including advising private equity-owned companies, fundraising, commercial contracts, cross-border M&A and aspects of IPOs.
With at least 2 years pqe you will have started your career in a well-regarded law firm and qualified into the corporate department. You will be pro-active and ambitious with the ability to build strong relationships and thrive in a fast moving environment.
