Corporate Commercial InHouse 12 Month Contract
Our client is a multi-strategy credit fund. They have a unique position considering they are an FS firm, for a corporate commercial or employment lawyer to join them on a 12-month maternity cover, supporting the business on all their non-transactional activity, so essentially their junior GC legal needs. The work is stretched from commercial contracts to employment law and company secretarial to service agreements.
No one lawyer is expected to have experience in all of these areas but a good generalist can pick them up. Great opportunity for commercial or employment lawyer to get into the financial services space
The activities covered will be HR Employment,trading relationships, vendor contracts,corporate governance, corporate and regulatory compliance,data protection, real estate and KYC
We are open to candidates who have between 2 and 8 years experience, we will however consider anyone who feels they are suitable.
