Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate M&A
Abu Dhabi
Our client is a well established investment company with a very wide portfolio of assets, and investments across multiple jurisdictions. They are now looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.
You will be expected to provide support on several exciting projects across many industries, both locally and abroad. Your major areas of work will be M&A, financings and establishing JV's.
CANDIDATE:
- At least 5-8 years' PQE
- You will need to have Corporate / M&A / investments experience
- UK, NZ, Australia, South African qualified lawyers would be preferred
- Regional experience in the EEMEA region is a plus but not essential
