PLOT SALES CONVEYANCER
BIRMINGHAM
£25K - £35K
A well regarded top 100 national law firm that I have worked with for over 5 years are recruiting for a couple of Plot Sales Conveyancers for within their Birmingham office. This is a truly fantastic opportunity to deal with a challenging caseload of Plot Sales files in a relaxed, personable environment. The firm will also consider applicants from a general conveyancing background looking to make the move into plot sales as long as you have dealt with a volume caseload.
This position will suit a talented and ambitious Plot Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge in their career. This role involves working in a team with a busy and varied caseload acting for national house builders and developers.
Skills and Responsibilities;
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience handling a volume caseload within Conveyancing.
- Experience handling files from inception through to completion
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Excellent Client care skills

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly ambitious and motivated
- Able to work to deadlines
- Flexible individual
