CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
CENTRAL BIRMINGHAM
£18K - £21K
A Conveyancing Assistant is required for a rewarding opportunity with a multiple service regional law firm. The role will be based with their Central Birmingham office for within their residential team offering an excellent competitive salary.
You will provide Paralegal support to an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, it is essential you have at least 6 months residential conveyancing experience. We need to see evidence on your CV that you have knowledge of the procedures involved in conveyancing transactions to include sale and purchase.
From initial instruction, contacting clients, undertaking searches and ensuring all documentation is accurately produced in a timely manner through to exchanges of contracts, completion and post completion work.
