Legal Counsel – Buy-side

Our client is the real estate fund management arm of a large international asset manager.  In line with business growth they are looking to hire a legal counsel to join the close knit legal team that sits directly with the dynamic business team in the heart of the West End.  Your varied role will suit a commercially minded problem solver who is able to think on their feet to get right to the crux of an issue.

With circa 2-5 pqe you will have a solid grounding in private practice and the desire to keep learning in a challenging commercially focused in-house role.  Candidates with a background in funds, corporate or banking/real estate finance will be equally considered as due to the variety of work involved in this role potential and attitude are more important than the direct skill set.
