An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join a supportive multi-service law firm based in Liverpool. You will be working within their specialist Personal Injury department, supporting a team of fee earners with a mix of personal injury cases. You will be required to have previous legal secretarial/assistant experience within personal injury.

Legal Secretary duties:
  • Audio typing
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients, providing updates and taking messages
  • Creating CNFs
  • Updating the case management system
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post for the department
  • Any ad hoc administration duties
