A prestigious law firm with a presence across Essex and London, is keen to hire an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor into its Legal 500 recommended department based in Chigwell.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor who possesses a solid background dealing with quality, commercial property matters, including high value commercial acquisitions, leasehold enfranchisement, and option, overage and pre-emption agreements. As you would be acting for a range of clients, including developers, SMEs, banks, private individuals, experience dealing with a similar client base is important.
