My reputed and established client is recruiting into its family law team in Cullompton on the Devon/Somerset border.
The firm now seek a qualified solicitor or legal executive ideally with at least 4 years' PQE to join its busy family department.
In this family solicitor position you will advise on mainly privately funded work, but potentially some legal aid matters from time to time too.
In the main your experience will include advising on: divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance and children matters.
You will work closely with other senior members of the team, and continue to learn and progress your experience, being involved in all areas, and contributing to the continuing success of the department.
Both solicitors and legal executives are encouraged to apply.
