The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an NQ Planning Solicitor to join this highly regarded, Top 20 firm, based in Manchester.

Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department, giving you a high level of exposure to complex planning work.

Your caseload will include drafting and negotiating planning obligations & infrastructure agreements, strategic planning advice, supporting advocates and counsel at inquires, compulsory purchase orders & powers, development consent orders and drafting articles.

Requirements

• You will be an NQ Planning Solicitor with up to 1 years PQE
• Gained planning law experience at a leading city, national or international firm.
• Be a keen business developer
• First class communication skills
