A Legal 500 ranked team based in Bristol are seeking a NQ-1 PQE restructuring and insolvency solicitor to join one of the strongest restructuring and insolvency practices in the South West.

Role and requirements:

- The firm are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and commercially minded NQ-1 PQE solicitor with a passion to develop their career within restructuring and insolvency
- You will be carrying out high quality work including formal appointment work, distressed asset sales, advice to directors of troubles companies and insolvency-related litigation
- There will also be elements of international work where there is an English restructuring and/or insolvency nexus such as the US, Japan and Middle East
