This is a new opportunity for an Associate to join a national firm who are rated by L500 and Chambers as the leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector.
The department carry out a full range of real estate work for its health, social care and other clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and dealing with high value commercial sale and purchase transactions.
You will also work closely with partners and other senior members of the real estate team on business development opportunities.
