Real Estate NQ - Birmingham

This leading UK firm is seeking a NQ to join their highly regarded Real Estate team.

Based in Birmingham, you will provide a wide range of general and specialised real estate advice. The work will involve a mixture of sole conduct of matters and assisting partners and senior associates on larger transactions. The work is wide-ranging and complex, requiring knowledge of landlord and tenant law, options, pre-emptions and overage agreements, development agreements and leases, investment work and corporate support work.

The firm has a strong sector focus with strength in universities, further education colleges, academies, healthcare institutions and corporate occupiers.
