LAW Absolute are currently working with a International Real Estate Property and Investment Company In their search for a Assistant Company Secretary to join their Legal and Risk team. This opportunity can be based from the clients Leeds or London offices and you will benefit from a flexible WFH policy.

The role is ideally suited to a candidate will a couple of years company secretarial experience looking to grow and develop their experience as part of a close-knit collaborative team. This role will cover the UK and EU.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure company secretarial reporting and compliance
  • Update and maintain company information and Companies House
  • Manage director and officer appointments and resignations
  • Manage document databases, securely store KYC, prepare quarterly reports, and prepare resolutions and minutes

Prior company secretarial experience is a must, ICSA or equivalent qualifications are desireable but not mandatory.

This role is ideally a full-time position, but the client is also happy to look at part time candidates who are looking for a 4 day working week.
