JOB TITLE: Interim Commercial Solicitor

THE ROLE:
A talented and highly capable Contracts Solicitor is required to assist a thriving commercial business during a particularly exciting period of time in their development. Commencing as soon as possible, the successful Commercial Solicitor will be supporting the business on a particularly high value supplier agreement alongside other underlying projects. An innovative market leader in their field, this role offers exposure to high quality work and senior level negotiations.
You will be supported by, and responsible for liaising with, appointed external counsel, and will engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs of the business are fully realised.
This role can be performed remotely, with only very occasional travel to the office if necessary. This is truly a career enhancing opportunity with an organisation that will be ‘one to watch’ for the future.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with upwards of 8years PQE gained within busy commercial law roles. You will have specific experience within high value supplier agreements, and experience of working with clients or project in the Middle East region would be advantageous although not essential. Additional experience within the energy sector would also be helpful. You will have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to draft highly complex agreements and addendums. This role is available to commence immediately and is likely to last for a minimum of 6-10weeks, with the potential of additional projects to follow.
