A Corporate Associate is sought by a national firm to join its Tier 1 ranked team based in Milton Keynes.

  • The Corporate Associate’s responsibilities:
  • Handling a full and varied caseload of top calibre corporate work
  • Caseload to include M&A and Private Equity matters
  • Working well within a team

The successful Corporate Associate’s skills and experience:

  • NQ - 1 year PQE
  • Undertaken a seat in Corporate
  • Ambitious and proactive
  • Strong work ethic
  • Desire to be a strong team player
