This well-regarded Legal 500 firm specializes in insurance and is consistently seeking to improve the quality, cost effectiveness and range of services it offers to general insurance clients. They provide specialist business services, and they regard themselves as trusted advisors who develop tailored approaches for each client.
The firm is looking for an associate level solicitor with between 3-4 years’ PQE but who has solid litigation experience alongside demonstrable work in defending fraud and causation claims. In this role you'll be working alongside experienced partners that act on the behalf of insurers, SMEs, and household name businesses on a wide range of matters.
This role you will also be running your own cases through to settlement up to £200k and have a hands-on role in the settlement of these matters. You'll be expected to be involved in building relationships whilst providing clear and concise advice to both clients and other members of staff to ensure positive and cohesive working environment.
Ideally you will possess the following qualities:
