Commercial Property Paralegal
Sheffield
We are working with an excellent community focused, award winning, Legal 500 practice in South Yorkshire who are looking for a Commercial Property paralegal to join their team in their central Sheffield office.
The Firm is a well-established regional practice who deal with both personal and commercial law matters with a focus on offering a quality service to clients.
They are well-known both in the community and the profession as a Firm whose lawyers are down to earth and offer pragmatic yet easily understandable and pragmatic advice.
Day to day you will be assisting on advising a range of commercial clients on the sale and purchase of freehold and industrial units, landlord and tenant work, site assembly, residential development and the sale and purchase of mostly small business.
The right candidate will have experience ideally in commercial property work, but those with residential experience will also be considered.
This is a great firm to build up your commercial property law experience alongside some of the leading property lawyers in the South Yorkshire region.
Salary is dependent on experience + benefits.
