The Role & Opportunity:
- The firm are looking for a lawyer to be tasked with assisting their 'Emerging Companies' team to deal with predominantly scaling tech businesses.
- They are looking for someone with experience of dealing with VC fundraising and seed capital or a firm demonstrable interest. This role will give you opportunity grow alongside the businesses and build long term relationships with high growth firms.
