The practice has a strong leadership team, they have a growing number of home-grown partners, which demonstrates well, their level of career development and investment. All fee earners are given full access to support staff, making sure you are always able to work efficiently. Each fee earner is individually assessed in terms of what support they need so it's not "one glove fits all". They have recently put new systems in place in a view to remain a modern firm while having been established for decades.

The Role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Childcare Solicitor with 3 + years PQE.

You will work as part of a highly regarded team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The firm's highly rated childcare team handles a wide range of excellent quality work to include adoption orders, child arrangement orders, child custody, police protection orders, special guardianship orders and child protection review conferences. The firm represent parents, grandparents and other family members.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

  • You will be a Childcare Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
