Private Client Paralegal , Hampshire
My client is a well established firm who are expanding their private client team and looking for a Paralegal. You will manage a caseload of wills, role is within the Estate planning team who provide advice and recommendations.
Working alongside a STEP qualified fee earner you will be assisting clients with their financial plans relating to wills, trusts, probate , estates and care provision.
You will be highly motivated with excellent organisational skills and you will be a good communicator.
You will be able to prepare documents including LPA and court of protection documents and you will be able to create trusts.
