PROPERTY DAMAGE PARALEGAL
CENTRAL BIRMINGHAM
£18K - £25K
A Property Damage Paralegal is required to join a well established property damage litigation team in Birmingham.
The team is expanding in all areas and the caseload is working with large corporate / commercial clients. There is also work associated with insured property being damaged by fire, flood, escape of water and impact by vehicles.
You should either have a background in property recovery / subrogated loss work on behalf of insurers or have a general litigation background with excellent technical knoweldge , ie part 36 offers, liability, quantum, CPR and be also of the mindset that bonus is there to be earned and is very much achievable. there are also superb perks and benefiots associated with this role.
