A top Legal 500 practice in the West Midlands have a new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join their ranks. This firmly well-established law firm has been curating its staff for over 250 years and is now looking for a new Solicitor to join them.

 

 

This prestigious and highly regarded firm work on a diverse range of matters including residential development remortgages, residential sales and purchases, freehold interest purchases and transfers of equity.

 

 

It will be a broad and complex caseload that the candidate will take on, and they will need to be able to manage it independently from instruction to occlusion. They will have the full support t of the team surrounding them, and the environment they will be working within is friendly and collegial - though independent work might be required, collaboration with the wider team is essential.

 

 

The right candidate will have a solid grounding in residential property matters which will empower them to always show up and perform at their best; for their clients and for their colleagues.
