Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor

This established and successful firm is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor based in its offices in the heart of London's West End.

The team deals with matters including Mergers & Acquisitions, Secured Lending & Finance, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Data Protection, Venture Capital, and Private Equity matters. The firm has an established and loyal client base across a range of sectors and prides itself in providing pragmatic, business focused advice and solutions.

You will be a senior member of the team working closely with clients, as well as being supported by and supervising junior solicitors in the department. 

Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate:

• 7+ years’ post qualification experience
• Ability to deal with a range of corporate and commercial work
• Pragmatic and solutions focus
• Strong client facing skills
• Experience of supervising junior solicitors

This is a senior hire, with rapid progression to partnership a very real possibility for the right person. As you would expect with a firm of this calibre looking to hire a prospective partner you should be able to demonstrate the ability to both bring and generate work.
