Due to an influx of commercial contracts work my client is looking for additional Commercial Contracts support.
There is scope for this role to be fully remote although the preference would be hybrid work. Applications from candidates looking to work 2-3 days a week will also be considered.
More about the Interim Commercial Legal Counsel role:
*You will work for a period of circa 3 months undertaking the following BAU workflows.
* Advising on commercial matters and drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including: standard terms and conditions, supply contracts, procurement contracts and IT contracts.
More about the Interim Commercial Legal Counsel role:
* Be an experience Commercial Contracts lawyer with proven commercial contracts experience.
* Have strong technical legal skills, including ability to draft and negotiate legal documents with no supervision.
* Be a team player.
* Have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Demonstrate a commitment of delivering quality service.
