Top tier City firm is looking to recruit a junior corporate / M&A associate to join one of the best corporate / M&A teams in the City, with an enviable client base.
Corporate lawyers applying for this position will ideally have at least 1PQE although the partners are happy to look at bright, ambitious newly qualified corporate lawyers who have been retained by their own firm but are looking for a step up. The partners are looking for corporate lawyers who have high quality corporate M&A (private and/or public) deal experience from a City or major regional corporate practice with an excellent reputation for corporate work. Private Equity experience would also be useful, although not a pre requisite.
The firm is able to offer a genuine breadth of corporate work and is proud of its associate training and development programme. Excellent City package and remote / agile working.
