The Firm
A Legal 500 firm established across the southern counties with several offices across Sussex and Kent. The firm advise both private and commercial clients and has a reputation for providing ongoing professional support and development, flexibility in working hours and generally a professional and very down to earth working culture.
The Role
The Private Client team are looking to appoint a developing Private Client Lawyer (CILEx or qualified Solicitor) to deal with an existing caseload of The deal in the main with Wills, Estate planning and Trusts, with a separate team concentrating on probate. take a proactive approach in generating work and growing their own caseload further.
Suitability
They are looking for an ambitious lawyer with prior experience on a private client team be that fee earning or a number of years' experience as a paralegal/executive prior to qualification. Ideally you would be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with some fee earning experience but there is an element of flexibility for the right candidate. You should be competent enough to take on a caseload with appropriate supervision if needed. The firm in general like to appoint ambitious and driven individuals who are keen to establish themselves within the team and also involve themselves in networking and business development initiatives.
