Broad role for a DCM/Debt Transactional lawyer to work within a friendly, flat-structured team.

Our client are one of the top fund services businesses in the world. With global offices spanning Europe, Asia & N. America and DCM assets of over USD500bn, this business would make an excellent first in-house move or a growth role for an individual already working within Financial Services.
The London team consists of 4 lawyers, all reporting directly into the Head, and offers flexible hours, a collaborative culture and the opportunity to focus on a variety of different transactions.
Description
A broad transactional position, an example of some of the responsibilities of this role are:
- Reviewing and negotiating a range of transactional agreements, likely in relation to debt instruments (i. LMAs, client contracts, confidentiality agreements);
- Provide legal advice to the wider business on a variety of client matters & commercial issues;
- research relevant regulatory requirements of other jurisdictions in Europe, particularly in relation to Loan Services in the company's global offices.
- Assisting the Structured Products & Credit teams on relevant regulatory compliance and continued alignment with future changes in this area.
- Providing legal support on the initialisation of Loan Services throughout the UK & Europe.
Profile
The successful DCM/Debt Transactional Lawyer will ideally have a background within financial services transactions, gained either in private practice or in-house. A knowledge of syndicated loans, securitization, secured transactions, LMAs and/or fund administration would be beneficial.
