EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive - 1+ years' PQE - Taunton

Your new firm
This outstanding and global law firm are looking to hire an EL/PL solicitor or legal executive, to join their liability team based in the Taunton office. They are happy to consider part-time candidates and are also happy to consider candidates based out of their Bristol office, provided that you are happy to travel to Taunton on an as needed basis.

Your role
You will work on complex liability and injury matters mostly within employers and public liability. You will be working within the liability team, handling large loss, multi-track catastrophic injury claims. The team handles cases of the utmost severity including brain and spinal injury, serious orthopaedic, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injury, severe psychiatric injury, chronic pain and loss of senses across insurers, self-insureds organisations and third party administrators.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a legal executive or solicitor with strong defendant EL/PL and/or product liability claims experience. Ideally will have defendant personal injury background, however our client are also open to receiving applications from strong claimant candidates. You will handle a range of claims and be able to assist to a high level on larger claims.
