Construction solicitor urgently required to advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.

To be considered, the successful candidate must have current experience of standard form contracts i.e. JCT, NEC and PPC combined with current experience of various forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation.
