Employment NQ+ Solicitor Leicester

Major UK law firm based in Leicester seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their team.

Our client is a market leading firm, renowned for their high calibre lawyers and the quality of their employment department.

The firm is keen to appoint a talented Employment Solicitor, either an NQ (with at least one employment law seat) or a qualified employment solicitor with up to ca 3 years PQE. Based in Leicester, but with flexibility around home / remote working, you'll handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work.

This is an excellent role in a friendly and supportive partner led employment team. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
