Excellent NQ role with one of the UK's leading firms for insurance litigation.

Our client seeks to appoint an NQ lawyer to join their successful casualty team based in Birmingham which defends public and employers' liability claims, particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services.

In this role you'll be handling a varied caseload for a large national utility company whilst assisting the partners and other fee earners on larger and more complex cases. In particular, this will involve handling and assisting on both litigated and pre-lit injury claims, property damage claims, contribution claims and recoveries.

Previous experience of dealing with claims in negligence and breach of statutory duty either for or against a utility company/statutory undertaker is preferable but not essential and previous experience of flood damage and business interruption claims would also be an advantage, although training will be provided.

Working in a friendly, supportive team, you'll have exposure to a consistent throughput of work with the scope to develop you experience by handling higher value claims.
