Legal Counsel - Energy, 4+PQE, Singapore

A leading energy company that has experienced significant business growth over the years is recruiting a legal counsel to join their expanding team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise the business on all contract and project matters including tenders and be responsible for the drafting and reviewing of a variety of energy related agreements, joint ventures agreements, partnership agreements etc. This role will suit a lawyer with strong contracts management and in-house experience gained from the energy sector. Candidates with experience handling infrastructure projects would be considered too.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognized degree in Law and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior in-house experience gained from the energy sector or solid infrastructure projects experience.
• Strong business acumen with excellent industry knowledge.
• The ability to work independently.
