I've been instructed on a new conveyancing paralegal role by a long-term Legal 500 client, for the Leamington Spa office.
You will join a busy residential conveyancing department, working closely with the senior conveyancer on a range of residential property transactions including the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold registered and unregistered properties. As such, you will need at least 12 months' previous experience in running your own caseload of work. While there is plenty of ongoing support and supervision, the firm is looking for a self-starter who is keen to progress their career and who can use their initiative to seek solutions.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills and proficiency in IT, and have a polite and patient manner.
