I am representing a new opportunity in Birmingham for Associate level Employment Solicitors working for a strong national firm. Candidates will be ideally 4+ years PQE with sound technical skills and experience in both public and private sector work. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Led by highly experienced partners and handling a large client base, this centrally located firm offers an excellent platform upon which to build a career with several opportunities to progress along the way.
This role will involve a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious work such as, advising on employee relations matters including internal disciplinary / grievance / capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements as well as delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development. With approximately 100 new litigation instructions every year, my client's Employment team's litigation experience is second to none. Whether in the Tribunal, the EAT, the Court of Appeal or the High Court you will have the chance to be involved in ground-breaking employment litigation.
This is a fantastic city centre-based position for an Employment associate who is looking to grow and develop their career in Birmingham.
