Our client, an AI firm based in the city are looking for an experienced private equity paralegal.
The role is an extremely busy one and they require someone who can hit the ground running.
They are looking for someone who is talented and experienced in Private Equity but also wants to practice law differently. They care about who you are personally as well as professionally. Your day will be varied and involve helping establish and agree contract playbooks with current and new customers, reviewing contracts such as NDA's, Supplier Agreements and Release Letters, learning to negotiate contracts and testing technology products. They are seeking team players who are tech minded and thing outside the box as well as problem solve.
The firm themselves offer an extremely positive and supportive environment and you will be part of something extremely exciting. Salary is £50-60K depending on experience and generous equity is offered as part of the package. Flexible working also on offer post Covid.
